The PT590 is equipped with a powerful speaker with an innovative acoustic cavity design and a large acoustic aperture for 106 phon audio volume. It can help users hear clear sounds even in a noisy environment. Additionally, water porting technology is used to drain any water that enters the speaker cavity, ensuring sound clarity is maintained. AI-based noise cancellation technology reduces background noise and howling by up to 30 dB. No matter what noise environment the caller is in, it ensures that the called party hears clear sound.

The PT590 features a new, user-friendly UI design that helps your staff access the function directly with 9 icons arranged in two dimensions.

Long Lasting Battery

The 2,000mAh Li-Polymer battery, along with innovative low power consumption technology, can last up to 22 hours on the 5-5-90 operating cycle. In addition to the conventional charging contacts, the PT590 has an additional USB Type-C port, which can be used to charge the radio anywhere and at any time using mains power or even the power bank. With 18W fast charging, the PT590 can be fully charged in just 1.5 hours. Even a 30-minute quick charge can give the PT590 at least 10 hours of power for unexpectedly long shifts.

Control Your Radio on Voice*

We introduced voice control for the first time on the PT590. This feature supports group calls, talk group change, and feature switching such as turning on BT or location services. This allows users to concentrate on what they are doing while making the voice-activated call. (only supported by Advanced version, to be launched soon)

Besides the charging function, this USB Type-C port provides programming and upgrading functions as well. This unique design brings you unprecedented convenience especially when no programming cable is available at hand.
